Here are some frequently asked questions we get:
What orchestra instruments are available to rent?
An orchestra of stringed instruments has four instrument types: violin, viola, cello, and upright bass. We rent all four! Check out our Musical Instrument Guide for more information about each instrument.
How do I know what size to rent?
Our in-store experts can help determine which size you need. They size hundreds of students starting orchestra classes every year.
I'm feeling brave. Can I size my student myself?
You sure can! Use our helpful sizing chart to estimate the size your student will need.
What if I rented the wrong size?
Our rental program is no-hassle, so whether you rented something too large or too small you can simply exchange it for another. You can do this at any point in the rental process if your student grows out of a smaller size.
How do I start a rental?
You can always visit our in-person shop, or you can start a rental online. After you've rented online you can have the instrument shipped or delivered (depending on where you live).
