"Brick Box Brewery is the new brewery brought to you by the former General Manager of Thunder Canyon Brewery, James Owens and former head brewer Michael Nixon. After 27 years as a staple in the Tucson craft beer community, Thunder Canyon Brewery will be passing the torch to these two gentlemen.
With over 15 years of experience in the craft beer industry James and Nixon set out to carry on many of the traditions and techniques learned over the years with Thunder Canyon Brewery. Plus, they set out to establish a new mindset, generate ideas, and build the Brick Box brand. Brick Box Brewery welcomes the Tucson Community to enjoy craft beverages, art, and live music with us." - Brick Box Brewery
Typically in our How to Book series we interview folks from your favorite Tucson venues to find out everything you need to know when it comes to booking.
Brick Box Brewery makes it easy to find those details on their website, but to make it that much easier for you we've listed them here as well:
"Option 1: We offer a 10% payout from the bar sales (including food) during your performance hours. Additionally, the Promoter/Main Act will receive a bar tab. You'll need to manage the event and distribute the bar tab.
Option 2: For ticketed shows after 8 pm (unless discussed otherwise), you keep 100% of the ticket sales with no bar payout or tab. You'll also handle event management and ticket sales.
Option 3: If you're charging other acts to perform (which we discourage), there will be a sound man fee and venue rental fee negotiated through a contract. A 75% deposit from the promoter is required. Changes to the booking can be arranged, but we reserve the right to decline future bookings if necessary.
